My story

Roxy is a 6 month old German Shepherd mix who loves playing with other dogs. She's super human friendly and food motivated. This playful, affectionate, and adorable puppy is the full package. Roxy is foxy and full of moxie! She has a huge heart and is always up for an adventure. The moment you sit on the floor, she’ll prance right over to sit in your lap. She can entertain herself for hours by tossing her squeaky toys in the air and chasing them or working on a treat puzzle. Whether she’s exploring new trails or quietly watching the world go by in the backyard, Roxy knows how to enjoy life. At about 6 months old, Roxy is experiencing home life for the first time and has done remarkably well. She’s crate trained, walks politely on a leash (sitting at corners and for greetings!), and has quickly picked up house training. She settles easily in her dog bed when told “go to bed” and is content in her crate especially with a frozen Kong to wind down. She loves people and is sweet with her young (human) foster siblings. Roxy would thrive in an active household looking to bring her along on their adventures. She loves discovering new trails, sitting calmly at the playground while the kids play, and strolling to the farmers market or ice cream shop. She’d be thrilled to have another friendly dog in the home and has adapted beautifully to the rhythm of our busy family.
