My story
Meet Teddy – Part Teddy Bear, Part Lion! With his fluffy coat and proud stance, Teddy looks like a perfect mix of a snuggly teddy bear and a majestic lion. This handsome Chow came to us after being found abandoned in the Central Valley, covered in foxtails and painful mats—but his spirit stayed strong. True to his breed, Teddy can be a bit aloof at first, but once he warms up, he’s incredibly sweet and surprisingly cuddly. He’s been playful with other dogs and is slowly learning to trust again, revealing a gentle, affectionate side that’s impossible not to love. Now cleaned up and feeling better, Teddy is ready for his next chapter with someone who understands the unique charm of Chows and is ready to give him the patience and love he deserves.
