My story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. My name is Livie Bean and my current owners are trying to find me a forever home. After four years of attempting to acclimate into our blended home and with a baby on the way, we've decided to find me a home where I can get the unconditional love and care I need. I don't mind dogs or children and I love people. Because of past trauma, cats are a big no for me - I need to be now and forever a single cat household (kittens included!). I am very soft and love to snuggle. I'll follow you wherever you go to curl up with you. I don't need many toys as I'm not a high-energy cat. I'm of a healthy weight and don't overeat, so you can leave food out and not worry, however I do love drinking water from the faucet and I love to tell you all about it. I'm about 9 years old. I do have a grade 4 heart murmur, but I do not need extra care for it at this time. My vet just listens to my heart at my annual appointment.   Because of my discomfort with cats, I have had a litter box problem. While I’m potty-trained, I tend to pee outside of the litter box because of anxiety, fear, and bullying. I hope this goes away when I'm living a cat-free life, but I've never experienced that so I'm unsure - please be patient and kind with me! I don't have any allergies and am exclusively an inside cat. I am not declawed.  I’m worried my quirks will prevent me from finding a forever home, but I have so much love to give. I promise I'm worth it!   Livie's adoption fee of $50 includes updated vaccines. Livie is spayed, FIV negative, and up to date on all vetting.   If you're the perfect family for this sweet and gentle girl, please visit www.rosesrescue.net to fill out the online adoption application. Click on our name "Roses Rescue" in blue above to be taken directly to our website. Thank you for considering adoption - our adoptable cats can't wait to meet you!
