My story

Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue A RAY OF SUNSHINE FULL OF LOVE Meow! My name is Ray Ray. My estimated date of birth is 6/1/2021. I am full of love and can't wait to give it to you! I can be a bit shy, but once I realize pets and scratches are involved, I warm right up! I tend to hang back and observe my surroundings, waiting to find an opportunity to approach my foster parents to ask for attention--I am not demanding for attention and am very respectful. I like to have my whole body petted, but especially like having my chin scratched. I am extremely gentle with my foster parents. I am very food-motivated. I am very respectful of other cats, but once we're comfortable with each other, I'll head butt them and slide my body against them to show them affection. I am in rescue with my friend Henray and we love to do everything together. We rub against each other, headbutting and intertwining our tails. I am good with other cats and dogs. I do not have experience with children. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many  that are not posted yet.  Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.  No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so).  We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.   We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year.  Visit bit.ly/DonateFLR for more info.
