My story

Sweet, sensitive, and full of potential—Axel is a young pup who's learning that the world isn't such a scary place after all. At just 11 months old, Axel has already shown incredible heart as he adjusts to life at the shelter. Every day, he grows a little more confident, a little more curious, and a lot more lovable. Axel is still getting used to meeting new people and can be a bit shy at first. But with a little patience, a calm voice, and some tasty treats, he begins to open up. Once he trusts you, you’ll see his tail wag, his eyes brighten, and his playful puppy side shine through. He enjoys quiet walks, gentle playtime, and just being near his people. Axel would do best in a home that understands he may need a bit of time to warm up—but he promises to reward your patience with endless loyalty and love.
