My story

This handsome Shepherd mix is Zion! He arrived at the shelter as a lost boy on 6/4, and sadly, no one has come to reclaim him. Sweet Zion is just bursting at the seams with energy! He'd love to be someone's adventure/running buddy! Are you looking for a dog to join you on long walks or a hike through the woods? Zion is your guy! He knows how to sit nicely for treats, but he could use work on other basic manners. Zion is still quite young so he'll pick up new things quickly, but he needs someone who has the time, patience, and energy to commit to him. Zion is approximately 1.5 years and weighs 52 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines and he did test negative for heartworms. He will be neutered and microchipped upon adoption. Please come meet Zion in run 808; his ID # is 10600. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
