My story

Meet Ruby, a Chihuahua-Dachsund mix with a tender heart and a quiet spirit. Ruby came to us very pregnant and scared, but bravely delivered and lovingly raised a beautiful litter of puppies. Now that her mama duties are done, it's finally Ruby's turn to be cared for and cherished. She's crate-trained, nearly housetrained, and gets along well with cats and small dogs. She loves other small dogs, and there ideally should be another dog in her forever home. Though still shy and skittish, Ruby is slowly starting to play and show more of her gentle personality each day. She'll need a very patient adopter and a very secure yard to help her feel safe and loved.
