My story

Meet Grenada! This sweet 5-month-old terrier mix is as gentle as she is adorable. Grenada may be a little shy at first and is very alert to the sounds around her, but once she feels safe, she blossoms into the most loving cuddlebug. She adores snuggling up, giving kisses, and being close to her humans. Grenada is wonderful with kids and enjoys romping around in the yard. She is currently learning how to walk on a leash and is making steady progress with potty training - she's a smart girl who just needs a little consistency and patience. If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate pup who just needs a bit of time to feel at home, Grenada could be the perfect addition to your family. She's ready to find her forever home where she can feel safe, loved, and part of the pack. Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies. Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered. Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
