My story
Febe is an adorable young pup with a lot of life to live! She came to ARF from South Carolina with help from the Irving and Phyllis Millstein Foundation. Now at ARF, Febe is slowly adjusting to shelter life. This is much different than what she is used to and she's taking her time getting used to things. Febe would do best in a home with older children but no cats. With a little patience and a lot of love, Febe will blossom into a wonderful companion.
