My story

Hi, I am Pretty!I am an older gal looking for a nice, calm place to call home in my golden years. I may be a sassy old dog at times, but I also love being around my people once I get to know them. I like to be pet and will plop myself down right next to someone who wants to spend time with me. I know I am a little crusty and lumpy, but it`s not my fault! I had a rough life before ending up at the shelter. However, I`ve gotten to have a slumber party at a volunteer`s house, and guess what? I am housetrained, quite in my crate, and don`t seem interested in chewing anything that`s not my toys. I know I snort a little sometimes, but I swear I am not a pig!I am not as fast as I used to be, so I am very easy to walk on leash, although I do need a little help getting into the car. I am unsure about other dogs as I may have had some bad experiences with some in the past. I would do great as the only dog in a house, or would need to very slowly meet and be introduced carefully over time to any dogs that I may live with. If you are looking for a mellow dog who will give you love and lots of laughs, I`m your gal!
