My story

Mr. Crinkle is a spirited and independent cat currently recovering from a cold and awaiting dental surgery, and he needs a calm foster home to help him heal. He has a sassy streak and prefers a bit of personal space, so he’ll thrive with someone patient who respects his boundaries. Though not a cuddle bug, Mr. Crinkle will quietly appreciate a foster who lets him be himself.Reason for Foster: Awaiting Specialty Surgery - Dental & URI + Ear infection Foster Time Frame: 1.5+ weeks (Dental scheduled on 7/02)(The foster time frame may be longer depending on future rechecks and medical needs.) Foster Care Plan: Mr. Crinkle is just awaiting dental surgery and is currently being treated for an upper respiratory infection, which is similar to a common cold. He was recently diagnosed with an ear infection in both ears as well. Since he may be contagious to other pets, we strongly recommend keeping him in a separate, dedicated space such as a spare bathroom or bedroom until he has fully recovered. He will go to his foster home with medication, and once his treatment is complete, he`ll be ready for surgery/adoption. Our medical team will provide you a consult at pick-up so you feel ready for Mr. Crinkle.Foster to Adopt: Mr. Crinkle is available for our Foster to Adopt Program, which allows pets to be placed with prospective adopters before they become available for adoption.
