My story

Say hello to Donny, a bundle of love and energy wrapped in one adorable puppy! At just 5 months old, Donny is a happy, rambunctious pitbull who’s looking for a forever home filled with playtime, snuggles, and structure.Donny is incredibly friendly and sweet—he’s never met a person (or dog!) he didn’t like. He loves playing with his people, wrestling with dog friends, and soaking up all the attention and pets you’re willing to give. Toys? Yes please. Outdoor time? His favorite. Donny can play for hours, especially if it means romping around in the yard or going on little adventures.He already knows how to sit and is eager to learn more. Donny would thrive in a home that’s ready to continue his puppy training and help him grow into a polite, well-mannered adult dog. He’s smart, food-motivated, and just needs a patient, loving guide to help him along the way.We’re not sure how he feels about cats just yet, but with slow, respectful introductions, we think he could adjust well.If you’re looking for a sweet, energetic pup who will bring laughter and love to your life, Donny might just be your perfect match.If you are interested in adopting me or another homeless pet at Macomb County Animal Control, walk-in adoption hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm.My adoption fee is $100
