My story

Haddie is a sweet girl who loves to cuddle, explore, chew on bones, and play with the other dogs in the house. She is a little shy at first, and once she warms up, she will quickly be following you around the house. She is really good at independently playing with her toys and getting them out of the toy box to keep her busy. She has her most energy when she first wakes up (she’s been recharged from a good night’s sleep) but the rest of the day she is napping under my desk, and during my breaks, she will find a spot in the backyard to lay in the sun, play in the pool, or find a sticks or rock to chew on. She is always curious but can be a bit fearful, like seeing her reflection in the fireplace for the first time and barking (it was pretty cute actually). She is sleeping great in her kennel at night and even goes in it by herself when it is bedtime. She is usually always close to her brother or other dogs and might enjoy a house with another dog. She gets along great with all dogs in the house and is gentle while playing, even with the little chihuahua mix fosters. She has not been on a walk and will need to be leash trained. She will be starting to wear a harness to get used to. She is okay about going to her designated potty spot, but not perfect!  Haddie is still a puppy and unsure of what to chew on. It can be your toes, pants, or anything lying around, and we are working on easily redirecting it by giving her a proper chew toy.  ##2404149##
