Meet Redbud, a young male orange tabby with a heart as warm and bright as his coat. Redbud is not shy about expressing himself—especially when it comes to meals! He’s never missed one, and he’ll remind you (loudly and adorably) that it’s time to fill his bowl. Redbud is an extremely affectionate guy who lives for human attention. He loves pets—chin scratches, head rubs, belly pats, you name it—and he’ll happily lean into every loving touch. His favorite pastime (besides eating) is curling up next to you and purring his heart out. Shelter life has been stressful for him—he’s not a fan of the noise or confinement—and it’s clear he’s ready to leave that behind. Redbud is dreaming of a calm, cozy home where he can finally relax, be himself, and shower his new family with love, headbutts, and mealtime serenades.
