My story

Meet your new door greeter, Mako! Mako is a laid-back, affectionate companion who will always be there to welcome you home. He loves lounging in sunny spots, watching the world go by from a window perch, and curling up beside his favorite human for cozy couch time. When he’s not snuggling, you’ll find Mako enjoying a catnip toy or climbing his cat tree to bird-watch and keep an eye on the neighborhood. Mealtime and snack-time are his favorite parts of the day, and he’s always happy to accept a treat (or two… or three). At night, he’ll settle in close to offer calm, comforting company as you sleep. Mako would thrive as the only cat in a calm home where he can soak up all the love and attention. If you’re looking for a gentle, loyal companion with a heart full of warmth, Mako just might be the perfect match. Mako is FIV+, which means he has a weaker immune system and is more prone to infections; however, this does not prevent him from living an otherwise healthy, normal life.
