My story

It was the very worst time to be abandoned: Momma cat Lily was pregnant and ready to give birth. Luckily, she was brought to AALOC and gave birth to her precious litter of four kittens, one male and three females, in the safety of our shelter. Born just before Easter Sunday, the male was named Peter and the females Cadbury, Jellybean and Peep. Jellybean is a calico feline just like her mom Lily. This little orange, white and black fuzz ball is the cutest kitten ever, and only has competition from her two sisters, Cadbury and Peep, and her brother Peter. She is all kitten – friendly, playful and outrageously precocious. Leave her contained in an area and she is all about devising a plan to escape. Jellybean is a smart little monkey too! Please submit an application to adopt Jellybean and perhaps one of her siblings too at www.AALOC.org. Once your application is reviewed and approved, we will contact you to make an appointment to visit us at AALOC to meet Jellybean and get to know her a bit. Adoption donation of $100 per cat includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, and a microchip. Applications require a veterinary reference and home visit. We adopt to residents of Orange County, CA and surrounding areas. Please note: For families with children, we require children to be 10 years of age or older, although exceptions are made depending on the circumstances.
