Billie is a sleek, black kitten with a big heart full of love to give. From the moment he spots you, Billie turns on the charm - purring like a little engine and weaving around your legs for attention. He’s all about the cuddles, whether he’s curled up in your lap, perched on your shoulder, or snoozing on your chest like he owns the place. In the right light, you can see tabby stripes in his handsome black coat. Affectionate and irresistibly endearing, Billie has a way of making everyone feel like his favorite person. He loves being held like a baby and might even reach up to gently pat your face with his tiny paws—just to remind you he’s there and in love with you. Belly rubs? Yes, please. Face kisses?
