You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION! One-year old Ladybug was dumped at a local Petco. She has damage to her ears likely from an untreated medical condition. We are finishing up treatment and scheduling her spay. Come meet her Sunday at adoptions at the Fontana Petco from 12 to 4pm.Adoption fees include up to date on vaccines, treatment for fleas and worms, spay, chip implantation and initial registration.  Application link:  https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/32026/genericVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Apply on-line using the link to our application.  Please be sure to use the species specific application for a dog or cat.  Adoption events are held every Sunday, excluding holidays, at the Fontana Petco.  The Fontana Petco is located at the corner of Sierra and Sierra Lakes Parkway, just off the 210 freeway, June 9, 2025, 6:40 am
