My story

Meet Latte and Mocha — a breathtaking mother-daughter duo with a bond as sweet as their names. These two are looking for a quiet, calm, loving home where they can stay together forever. Latte , the mama, is a true gem. With her huge, soulful eyes and soft expression, she’ll melt your heart the moment you meet her. She’s friendly, gentle, and sweet , always happy to greet you with a soft purr and a nuzzle. She is simply a PRECIOUS girl!  Don’t let her calm demeanor fool you though  — Latte loves to play! Bring out a wand toy, and Latte turns into an acrobat, leaping gracefully through the air with joy.  Mocha is a gorgeous, shy girl who needs time and patience to truly shine. Mocha wasn’t properly socialized as a kitten. She didn’t get the chance to build trust with people early on — but she’s getting that chance now, and it’s making all the difference.  Because she wasn’t socialized early, she may hide at first in a new space — but with a gentle, understanding adopter , she will slowly come out of her shell. And when she does, it’s pure magic. Mocha loves the laser pointer , treats, chasing toys, and above all, her mama Latte. Her incredible transformation in foster care has been beautiful to witness.  Mocha is the kind of cat that reminds you what rescue is all about: giving love, earning trust, and seeing a shy soul shine . If you’re someone who understands that the most rewarding relationships take time, Mocha will be your most grateful companion. Both Latte and Mocha were young moms themselves. Just weeks apart, they each had a litter of kittens and raised them side by side. In the safety of their loving foster home, they worked as a team, co-parenting their babies and caring for one another through it all. Their bond is unbreakable — where one goes, the other follows . Latte and Mocha are spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and have tested negative for FIV/FELV.  They are currently living in a foster home in Mechanicsburg, PA.  If you adopt Latte and Mocha you are doing more than just adopting new pets.  You are truly making a difference in their lives as they will in yours!
