My story

Meet Stellar Wind! This pup from Georgia is as sweet as he is silly. Stellar Wind is crate and house trained, great with other dogs, and loves his squishmallow, blanket, and brother (Ultraviolet). Stellar Wind is mellow, goofy, and quietly lovable—he hasn’t barked once! A perfect mix of playful and calm, he’s ready to find his forever home!   Personality & Characteristics: Stellar Wind has the best personality! He’s super goofy, always making me laugh, and loves to flop over dramatically and give me those classic puppy eyes—especially when he wants something or is trying to get out of doing something. For a puppy, he’s surprisingly in tune—he knows when it’s time to play and when it’s time to chill. He’s really mellow, super sweet, and honestly, I could take him anywhere!My foster dog is good with: (Dogs, Kids, Cats): Other dogs for sure! He hasn’t been around cats or little kids yet, but he’s great with older folks.My foster dog is: (Crate trained, House trained, Low shed): Stellar Wind is both crate and house trained. No accidents at all. He actually loves his crate and sleeps through the night. During the day, he’ll happily nap in there too when it’s quiet time. He does shed but not to the point where it is impossible to clean up.3 Keywords for your pup: Goofy, loveable, sweetheart!Energy Level (1= calm, 10= high energy): A solid 5. He loves to run and play with other dogs, but also knows how to settle down and relax.Barker? Or Quiet Pup?: Not at all! I haven’t even heard him bark—not even when he’s around other dogs. So far, Stellar Wind is a quiet pup.Walking Manners: He’s great on the leash! Doesn’t pull, but he definitely likes to stop and sniff everything and say hi to every dog. Still, super manageableAppetite: Normal. He likes certain treats, not all of them. Still trying to figure out which treats those are!Favorite Things: His blanket, his squishmallow, and his foster brother (who came with him in the same Waldo's transport, Ultraviolet)Commands/Tricks: He’s so close to nailing “sit” and “come.” Almost there! ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.
