My story

Meet Jody!  Jody was part of a group of dogs who joined the RMG family after their owner passed last summer and their entire home as they knew it fell apart.  Jody is a special soul whose only interest is being wherever his person is. He's a mature guy - about 11 years old - who just wants a quiet place to hang out and has had to learn he is still loved and safe after losing the only family he knew. While he has adapted while being in his foster home to being alone for a few hours at a time, Jody would thrive in a household where there is a work from home family member who has plenty of time to spend with him. Jody does not do well when being confined in a crate or a room when separated from his people, but he has perfect manners if given free roam of the house.  Jody does get along with cats, and he is OK with dogs once he gets to know them, smaller and more laid-back dogs are his speed, he is a mature guy, so no funny business for him. Although, he has lately discovered the joy of toys in his foster home, so might like some short gentle play sessions with his person on occasion.
