My story

Coco has not had the best life so far but she is grateful to now be safe at the shelter and is ready for a second chance at happiness!  Coco is very sweet and friendly, she is vocal for attention which is totally adorable and she lived with several other dogs in her previous situation.  She is about 5 years young and is at the shelter with her buddy Eureka who is also available for adoption!  All Perth Amboy Animal Shelter residents will be fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption.  You must be 23 or older to adopt from the shelter, complete an Adoption Application and pay the associated adoption fee.  The application must be approved by the shelter staff and all adoptions are finalized based on the best interests of our animals.  Come visit us Monday - Friday between 10am and 4pm and Saturday/Sunday from 10am - 3pm.  Contact us at (732) 324-3877 and don't forget to ask about our Foster Program!June 11, 2025, 2:38 pm
