Missy

My story

Missy is a marvelous, affectionate dog who has a zest for life she wants to share with you- going for a car ride? Great! Going for a walk? Wonderful! Snuggling on the couch? Fantastic! While her preference is to be with her people, she settles down and is fine on her own while you go to school or work, but she is so happy to see you when you come home! Missy is quiet and not destructive but she will alert bark to let you know when something doesn't seem right. She's smart and learns very quickly. Missy enjoys playing with other dogs but can be the 'fun police' and shut down any play she feels is too rowdy. She enjoys playgroups here at HSU and just chilling with the dog in her foster home. Missy got along well with the mellow old lady cat in her foster home and appears to have the proper respect for cats. She is housetrained and will whine to let you know she needs to go out. Missy may like kids but is looking for an adult only home because little kids and their friends can be unpredictable and she's not into that. Sound like the dog for you? Come meet her!
