RIVER/URGENT

My story

As a rescue, We do not euthanize dogs but dogs that are listed as URGENT are still waiting to be saved from animal control and they do euthanise. We can only save them when space is available or have an adopter. River, is a very gentle, easy-going, calm, laid-back, would rather have his belly rubbed and be by your side, then play with toys kind of boy. He is very loving and sweet and follows you around. He loves to be loved on and rolls over to get belly rubs as much as he can. He loves to play in the water and that’s the most playful you’ll see him when he is splashing around in the little kiddie pool. He is great with kids as well. He’s awaiting a heartworm test, but if he’s positive we will treat prior to adoption, will update when we know.
