Victory is a bright and fearless 3-month-old who’s ready to take on the world! Rescued alongside her siblings from a tough start—abandoned, starving, and covered in ticks—Victory’s spirit has only grown stronger.She’s outgoing, playful, and loves meeting new people and pups alike. Victory is full of puppy energy and curiosity, always eager to explore and make new friends. She’s also a total lovebug who thrives on attention and belly rubs.Victory would do best in an active home where her fun-loving personality can shine, and where she can keep learning all the good things life has to offer.
