My story

Meet Freddie Mercury, a six month old Doxie/Chihuahua mix weighing around 19 pounds (he is quite the mix so we wouldn`t be surprised if there is some Terrier and Border Collie in there among other things). Freddie Mercury is a striking pup with gorgeous merle coloring and long, graceful legs—he’s got the looks and the name to turn heads! While he might be a little shy and unsure at first, there’s a sweet and gentle soul just waiting to come out of his shell. On the smaller side of medium when full grown, Freddie would love a patient, loving person to help him build confidence and shine like the star he is. With time and trust, this quiet rocker will be ready to steal the spotlight—and your heart. This pet is available for adoption on 6/7/2025 at 4:43 PM at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center.
