My story

Cowboy is a very handsome 4-year-old cattle dog mix with a strong love for the outdoors and a nose for scents. He’s a bit aloof and can be standoffish with new people, so he’s best suited for someone who has experience with this breed or similar working dogs. Cowboy enjoys the company of other dogs and does well in social settings with canine friends, making him a great fit for a home with compatible dogs. Cowboy takes time to warm up and show affection, but once he’s comfortable, he loves leaning into pets and cuddling close. He enjoys playing chase with a tennis ball and, once he trusts you, will happily bring it back for more. If you have the experience and patience to give Cowboy the time and space he needs, he will reward you with loyalty and companionship.
