My story

Meet Nibbles, a 2-year-old Shepherd mix who was rescued as a stray in Miami-Dade County and brought to Big Dog Ranch along with her nine puppies—all of whom have since found loving homes. Now it’s Nibbles’ turn to find the forever family she deserves. Nibbles has a moderate energy level and enjoys a nice balance of playtime and quiet companionship. She walks well on a leash, is housetrained, and gets along well with other dogs. She loves playing with toys and, once she feels safe, she’s affectionate and enjoys cuddling with the people she trusts. Naturally shy and a bit timid at first, Nibbles will need a patient, understanding adopter—ideally someone with prior dog experience—who can help her continue to build confidence and feel secure in her new home. If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle companion who will blossom with time, Nibbles may be the perfect match for you. She’s ready for a calm, loving home where she can feel safe, supported, and loved!
