My story

Hi there, I'm Rolo—your soon-to-be oversized cuddle buddy! I'm an 11-month-old Great Pyrenees mix, tipping the scales at 98 pounds of pure love, with a soft, fluffy white coat that just begs to be hugged (trust me, people can’t resist). I came to the shelter on 05/30/2025 after I got lost, and though I’d clearly been cared for, no one came to claim me. So now I’m here, hoping my next family finds me soon—and this time, forever. I’m basically a giant teddy bear—gentle as a lamb, super sweet, and I sit nicely when you offer me a treat (especially the tasty ones). I’m also house trained and dog friendly, so I’ll fit right into your home and your heart. I’ll be neutered before I go home, and I’ve already had all my shots and tested negative for heartworms. I'm healthy, happy, and just waiting for my people. Come find me in cage 84—my ID is 10469. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
