My story

Meet Precious! This pretty lady is a lab/ border collie mix born roughly 1/28/20. Precious came to us in january with a litter if newborn puppies. When precious came in to us she was semi feral, and rightfully protective of her babies. She slowly came aound to us handling her babies and gradually began approaching us and allowing us to pet her over the weeks. By the time her puppies were weaned and finding their new homes, Precious had begun to fully trust our staff and would actively seek attention! Shortly after precious was moved into our social room to help her build confidence with new people and other dogs, Preciouse is now doing amazing in our social room and has continued to make more friends. Although preciouse has shown inprovement and has come a long way she can still be nervous when meeting new people, but as soon as she warms up she is the sweetest and funniest dog around! Preciouse would do best in a home with children 8 and up so they can understand that she may need space and she does require a fully fenced yard.
