My story

What my friends at OHS say about me:I have been working with the Behavior team here at OHS and am looking for a special home. Click the "meet me" button to start the process and schedule an appointment. To learn more about my specific needs, please read my What to Expect handout.Handling Sensitivity:I can be overwhelmed by overhandling, restraint or touch. I may exhibit my discomfort in a variety of ways and will need to go to cat savvy home.I will never leave your side but I'd rather not be picked up too often. I love being with my people and need the attention, but I can be sensitive to being held and carried. Head and neck scratches are my favorite!I really enjoy playing with toys! Yeow Catnip Banana toys are my favorite - I'll carry it around everywhere I go!Window-watching is so much fun! I could spend all day watching the world go by.Looking for a conversation partner? I'm quite chatty! I'm not a fan of sharing my space with other animals and will need to be your one and only true love. I recently underwent an orthopedic procedure called a femoral head ostectomy (FHO). Please read my What to Expect to understand more about this procedure. The type of home I'm looking for:I would flourish in a calm environment and a low-traffic home.I need a home without cats or other small animals.I need to live in a dog-free home. I need to go to a home without small children. I may do best in a home with safe outdoor access. It could be with you! Click here to learn about the adoption process. Primary Color: Red Tabby Weight: 11.5625 Age: 7yrs 1mths 0wks
