My story

Meet Tommy, our lovable little guy! This cheerful 4-year-old, 12 pound Chihuahua mix is brimming with affection and energy. He’s the kind of dog who just loves to play, and he has a special knack for finding the perfect spot on your lap—especially when it’s time for bed. You can expect him to snuggle deep under the covers, curling up right next to you for some cozy moments. Tommy is always excited to see you! He’ll be the first one at the door, ready to leap into your arms for a big hug. With his sweet personality and playful spirit, he would be a wonderful addition to any family. Tommy’s journey hasn’t been easy; he was rescued from a hoarding situation, but you’d never guess it by his loving nature. He’s already potty trained (though we’re still figuring out the doggy door), and he’s great at following commands. While he does get along with other dogs, he might be happiest in a single-pet home with older kids who can appreciate his playful side. Tommy has been neutered, is current on vaccines, has tested negative for heartworm and is microchipped.
