My story

This is Bear, a sweet black kitten with a soft coat, soulful eyes, and a quiet heart full of love. True to his name, he’s a little teddy bear at heart—just a bit shy at first, but once he feels safe, he melts into the kindest, most affectionate companion. Bear may take a little time to warm up to new people and places, but your patience will be rewarded with the sweetest purrs, gentle nuzzles, and soft, trusting snuggles. He loves cozy hiding spots, quiet moments, and the steady comfort of someone who understands that good things take time. He’s still learning the world is a safe place, and he’d thrive in a calm, loving home with someone who can give him the space and affection he needs to truly shine. Given his personality, we believe he would do well with other cats, children, and cat-friendly dogs if allowed time for an introduction. His adoption fee includes his neuter surgery, microchip, age appropriate vaccinations, and group testing for FIV and FeLV.
