My story

Meet Sarge (aka Sarge-y!) – Your Future Adventure Buddy Sarge is a 14-week-old bundle of fun, brains, and puppy energy! This clever pup is playful, especially with other dogs, and thrives on enrichment and engagement. He absolutely loves food puzzles and training time — he already knows sit, shake, and down, and is currently mastering leave it. He’s a fast learner with a big heart and an even bigger personality. Sarge is high-energy and would be a fantastic match for an active family ready to keep up with his enthusiasm and curiosity. He’s good on leash but still a bit unsure around loud noises or heavy traffic, so a quieter neighborhood and a fenced-in backyard would help him feel secure as he grows in confidence. He’s nearly housebroken and has been trained to go both outside and on a potty pad — a flexibility that’s come in handy during his time living in a condo. He’s also crate trained and sleeps through the night like a champ! Sarge is wonderful with kids and other dogs, and he’s looking for a forever home where he’ll get plenty of play, patience, and love. If you’re looking for a smart, sweet pup to grow up with your family, Sarge-y might just be your perfect match. Adoption Day: August 16th at PetSmart Tysons Corner from 10:00–11:00 AM, an approved adopter must be present to adopt.
