My story

Hi there, I’m a pretty little Chihuahua/Terrier mix named Izzy. I am 4 months old, weigh 9.6 lbs, and I was tossed out of a San Antonio apartment along with my brother Iggy. We were trying to hide in the parking lot, completely terrified, of course, we are just babies, and when neighbors couldn't catch us, they called 4 Little Paws Rescue to try and trap us. Thankfully, that worked, so we are now living in a foster home, safe and sound, happy as 2 little clams. These days, we are vaccinated and microchipped, and ready to find forever homes. I am a sweet little girl, playful and affectionate, but still a wee bit shy when I first meet new people. Nothing to worry about because I warm up quickly and then I’m playing with doggy toys, making new doggy friends, and running zoomies to my heart's content. I’m sweet, affectionate, and quiet, have never barked, and when my foster mom holds me, I’ll try to wriggle out of her arms for a little more playtime, LOL! I hear many wonderful families on the East Coast would be happy to have a sweet little dog like me, so I can't wait to meet them and get my life started!
