My story

**Adoption visits are by appointment only** If you see an animal you`re interested in, fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website https://everettwa.gov/161/Adopt-a-PetThe canines of class 2025 are ready to graduate into your homes! A huge thanks to our partners at Best Friends Animal Society for sponsoring this animal’s adoption fee! Helping us place more dogs into loving homes this graduation season! The canines of class 2025 voted Moose, `Most Likely to Ask for a Belly Rub… Every Hour`Moose is a big, strong guy with a big heart. He is looking for a dog savvy home with a yard to play and sunbathe in. Moose`s history is unknown but he has greeted polite dogs at the shelter without an issue. Moose weighs 98 pounds. Wandering Rover Report: I took Moose out today for wandering rover and he did great. He`s a gentle giant who does really well in the car and on a leash. He`s a bit of a hefty boy and because of that he`s strong but not a huge puller. He`ll pull a bit when he wants to smell something but other than that good leash skills. He also does great in the car and enjoys sticking his head out the window. He wasn`t interested in any toys and wasn`t super treat motivated with me, however he did try to eat some grass from time to time. He`s just a happy boy who enjoys to be outside and smell all the smells. He knows the command sit. We didn`t encounter any dogs so I`m not sure how he is around them. Overall, very sweet boy and I can see him being a couch potato, a play buddy, and an outside adventurer.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Moose, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
