My story
Meet Rosie, a gentle, shy soul who’s been at the shelter for about a month now. We only had the chance to spend time with her once when she first arrived, but in that short moment, she showed us just how sweet she truly is. Though clearly scared and overwhelmed, Rosie quietly laid her head in a volunteer’s lap, seeking comfort and connection. She also met another female dog and, while nervous, showed no signs of aggression—just a need for patience and kindness. Rosie deserves so much more than a kennel. She needs a calm, loving home where she can feel safe and slowly blossom into the companion we know she’s meant to be.June 5, 2025, 2:05 am
