My story

I’m Cheetah, and I was named by Vikings player Eric Wilson! You might be wondering how that happened. Well, here’s the story. I was born in Alabama, and my siblings and I were fortunate enough to be found and brought to safety by a rescue. We embarked on a thrilling adventure to Minnesota, where we attended a Vikings practice. There, we met the Vikings, and Eric Wilson held me and affectionately named me Cheetah. I think it might be because of my distinctive Cheetah tail with a white paintbrush tip.Now, I’m on a quest to find my forever home and embark on a fairy tale story of happily ever after.I’m a sweet, easygoing boy who loves to snuggle. I’m food-motivated and quickly learn from the other pups in my foster home. Currently, I live with a two-year-old dog, a six-month-old puppy, and another four-month-old foster puppy. We have a wonderful time together.My foster mom constantly praises my intelligence. I quickly learn to sit, and I’m working on potty training. I go outside on a regular schedule, and she’s thrilled with my progress. I sleep soundly in my crate at night and when my foster family is away. If I willingly go to my crate when asked, I receive a treat as a reward.Come meet me at an adoption event or fill out an application to express your interest and get a chance to spend some quality time with me. Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions.
