My story

Winnie is a long, lanky girl with a beautifully boopable snoot and a heart just as big. At only 10 months old, she’s still learning the ropes of the world, but she’s already showing what a sweet and brave companion she’s becoming.Winnie is incredibly loving once she gets to know you—loyal, affectionate, and eager to connect. She’s also a total social butterfly with other dogs! She plays rough and rowdy with the big pups, but knows how to dial it down and be gentle with the littles.This long-legged sweetheart is growing more confident every day and would thrive in a home that can keep encouraging her to be her bold, wonderful self. If you’re looking for a sweet soul who’s playful, dog-savvy, and just discovering her courage—Winnie might be your girl.Big Paws of the Ozarks is a foster-based dog rescue in Northwest Arkansas.
