## Cassius: The Regal Gentleman Seeking His Devoted HumanThis handsome fellow is **Cassius**, and while he may not rule the Night Court like his namesake, he's definitely ready to rule *your* heart—once he's had a moment to survey his new kingdom! This **3-4 year old Tibetan Spaniel** weighs in at a sturdy **17 pounds**, making him the perfect size for a comfortable spot on the couch, which, by the way, is his preferred sleeping arrangement.Cassius is a **regal and somewhat aloof** gentleman. He needs time to decompress and process new surroundings and people, especially after all the changes he's experienced. He's had a lot to adjust to, so patience is key. However, once he finds his person, he is **incredibly loyal and devoted**. He may not be a constant cuddler, but he shows his affection in deeper ways, preferring to be near you and offer a quiet, comforting presence. He can be a **little leery of men at first** and takes his sweet time warming up. But when he forms that special bond, you'll have a truly **great dog** by your side.Don't let his calm demeanor fool you, though! He loves taking walks, running, and bouncing around in the yard like a happy little... well, like a happy little canine version of Cassius!This good boy follows basic commands, comes when called, and with his chosen person, will offer polite greetings to visitors. He's also **housebroken, crate trained, leash trained, up-to-date on shots, microchipped, and neutered**. Basically, he's got all his... ahem... *courtly* duties in order!Cassius gets along with other dogs, but his feelings about cats are a mystery, much like some of the schemes in a certain fantasy series we know.
