My story

Calling all patient, cat-savvy humans looking for a kitten! Cooper is a super cute guy who lived the first part of his life outdoors and is still learning that people are trustworthy – sudden movements will scare him, but we have discovered the way to his heart is head scratches! Cooper will need a household who understands that he’s skittish and will give him space to settle in on his own terms. Sound like the purr-fect fit for your family? Come on in and meet Cooper!If you’d like to meet our available pets, please check the “shelter information” box on the listing to see if the pet is located at our Fairfax Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or our Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton). Then, come in during our open hours!
