My story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Janice (janice.frazier@sbcglobal.net) for more information about this pet. Online Adoption Application › So sweet and loving - she does have limited sightPlum is all ready for her furever loving home. She is a wonderful outgoing Siamese seal point and since that left eye was totally without vision it’s no big deal to her she had it removed. She loves her toys especially the springs and catnip fuzzies. She will play with them by herself but does love for you to throw them as well, and we are sure she will learn to totally play fetch (she already partly does it by bringing the toy to you when she wants to play), if you work on it (we never have time!).She is fine with other cats (and we think also dogs from her being at fairs) and really very people friendly; she's a door greeter and loves peoples’ laps. She likes to sleep with you, and will head to your bed when it’s nap time or hang out on the cat trees for a snooze. She is great about all the usual things she should be - eating and using the litter box - and in general just an awesome cat to have around!  Prior sponsorship post details. This wonderful Siamese seal point is very friendly. She loves people and is very good with other cats. She came to us with six kittens (all now adopted) and eye issues. She will have to have her left eye removed – it’s totally blind, likely due to early trauma which can lead to cancer. We believe the right eye has some sight but maybe not a lot, we're going to leave it alone because if there's any sight, it's a value.  She is totally able to negotiate the cat trees, jump on laps, and play with her toys! Of course, we are fund-raising for her to get that removal done and she will be up for adoption once the eye is removed and she is all healed. Please donate to her surgery, its a $3,000 operation.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. To Adopt one of our Cats or Kittens, please fill out an Online Adoption Application on our website  https://www.13thstcats.org/info/adoption If the animal bio says that they are a "Courtesy Listing", the contact information will be included in the animal bio for you to reach out to them directly. Thank you for wanting to Adopt! -------------- 13thstcats.org is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose. We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat June 10, 2025, 4:32 am

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Plum, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
