My story

Meet Zoey.  This girl did not have the best start in life. She was rescued by a loving family from the woods. It took months to bring her to safety.. Through  the very scary process, Zoey  has always remained sweet. She’s shy and is scared of meeting new people, but warms up very quickly.   Having grown up in the woods, she’s still not quite like every other dog. She does love to play with other dogs and she does love children, but it takes her a minute to warm up to new people. She does love treats and she definitely loves her scratches. She’s working on crate training, which is pretty typical for a Stray. She’s eager to please and you can just see how much she wants to be loved in her eyes.  she’s a playful dog and loves to romp around with other dogs. You can tell that she didn’t have a normal puppyhood, but there’s still a lot of puppy left in her. She needs someone who is very patient to teach her just how to be a family dog.   helping a timid and shy dog is so rewarding. It is wonderful to watch them slowly open up and blossom and Trust again. Please consider Zoe as an addition to your family.
