DOB 07/2024 Zoey is the one who asked to be rescued. She wandered up to the people working in their yard and asked to be rescued. Who could say no to her sweet face. She came with two sisters Cloe and Zoey. After a long day at work, the Foster Mom loves to come home to three snuggly, sweet kitties --- Zoey, Cloe and Maui. Zoey is super soft and loves to play with toys and loves the cat kick toy. Zoey like to watch her foster build things in the garage, although she is not crazy about the electric saw. Their Foster Mom loves all of these girls, but they need to find a family of their own. We are hoping for a miracle -- an adopter that is willing to adopt these sisters. They absolutely love each other. PLEASE READ: Adoption fee $100 for adult ( over 12 months old) and $125 for kitten (under 12 months old). Adoption fee. All cats coming into your care will be delivered altered (spayed/neutered), tested for Fiv/FELV, microchipped, have received age appropriate vaccines, treated for fleas and worms. We are not first come, first served. We try to match our kitties with the purrfect home. Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are an all volunteer organization. All our kitties are in foster care. We ask that you be patient with us as we connect you to the foster to set up a meet and greet. Most of our kittens are placed in bonded pairs. One of the most important ways we can support the behavioral and emotional development of a kitten is to make sure they’ve got a friend. Despite the common belief that cats are solitary animals, they’re actually incredibly social beings who thrive when they have feline friends from an early age. That’s why the cat experts always recommend adopting two kittens, or adopting a solo kitten only if you already have another young cat in the home for the kitten to befriend. It may come as a surprise to hear this, but two kittens are actually half the work of one! Giving your kitten a buddy will improve the lives of the cats, while also making your life easier. In order to make sure cats under our care go to the safest and most compatible homes, we require adoptees to fill out our Rescue’s application and accept a home visit. Please fill out an application, https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SIL/Cat or email us at silvertonrescue@gmail.com for more information
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Zoey (with Cloe and Maui), please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
