My story

Meet Heather, a beautiful 5-year-old, 10 lbs cat with a lovely tortoiseshell coat.This sweet girl arrived at the shelter as an owner surrender on 5/31/2025 and is now looking for a second chance at a forever home. Heather is up to date on her vaccines and will be spayed, microchipped, and combo tested before adoption. She’s currently waiting for you in CAGE #618 (ID 10499). Heather is ready to fill your life with love. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heart worm or combo test and a microchip.
