My story

This 2-year-old Chow Chow is a one-of-a-kind character with a personality as unique as his speckled tongue. Watching Checkers run around the yard is pure joy—his goofy stride and happy energy are guaranteed to make you smile. Checkers is an “affection on his own terms” kind of guy. He may not be into big hugs right away, but once he’s comfortable, he shows his love in the sweetest, most genuine ways. Due to his quirky mannerisms, Checkers hasn`t had much success making doggy friends and would thrive best as the only dog in the home.
