You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. All dogs on our website ARE available and require an approved Best Friend Pet Adoption application before you can be considered or meet any of our dogs.  The link to our application is  https://toolkit.rescuegroups.org/of/f?c=WHMSYCNC     Meet Huckleberry who is part of the sweet Jam Litter.  This boisterous little guy is looking for his forever family! Huck is the biggest puppy in his litter and has the confidence to match. He loves to play with his siblings and is learning to meet other new dogs as well. Huck has started crate training and learning to walk on a leash. Adopting Huckleberry will also include a free spot in a puppy socialization class in Cary.   Puppies have a tendency to cry/bark when left alone, so applicants living in a multi-family home with shared walls ideally should be home most of the time.  Puppies can nip and play bite and might not be appropriate for young children who are not dog savvy.     Huckleberry is part of a puppy litter  that someone was giving away for free.  Best Friend Pet Adoption admitted them to our rescue to make sure they have proper medical care and find loving homes.   Could one of those homes be with you?  Some of the information contained in this biography includes approximations based on our expertise and is not guaranteed.  Applicants ideally should live no further than one hour from Cary NC as our dogs must be seen by a Best Friend Pet Adoption veterinarian in the Cary area for all medical care prior to adoptions being finalized.   Our foster guardians deliver dogs to their new homes for adoption trials and we do home visits to finalize all adoptions.  We therefore prefer applicants live within an hours drive of Cary NC.
