My story

Solomon is a 3.5-year-old, 60-pound pit bull mix who's looking for his forever family! This boy is wonderfully social – he loves other dogs and adores people (though he appreciates gentle introductions at his own pace). With his affectionate, cuddly nature and playful spirit, Solomon is the perfect blend of sweet and silly, with a heart as big as his adorable blockhead. Solomon is a true gentleman who's had professional training, so he knows his manners and basic commands! With moderate energy levels, he's happy to join you for outdoor adventures and walks, but he's also content being your TV watching companion (yes, he really does watch TV!). This smart cookie has a playful spirit that'll keep you laughing with his silly antics. He absolutely adores other dogs and would love to have four-legged siblings, and while he loves people too, he just needs those first hellos to happen at his own pace – once he warms up, you've got a friend for life! Solomon is a true survivor who was saved from the county's euthanasia list due to having Valley Fever (don't worry - it's not contagious to people or other pets!), which is easily managed with daily medications.
