My story

Grace is a sweet and gentle soul who's looking for a forever home where she can feel safe and loved. Despite being blind, Grace navigates her surroundings with ease and confidence, and she's adapted remarkably well to her environment. Grace is a curious and laid-back girl who loves to explore her surroundings, especially outdoors. She enjoys playing fetch (as long as she can hear the ball!) and being your shadow. Grace shows affection by nudging you for pets and scratches, and she's a total sweetheart. Grace is a timid girl at first, but with patience and gentle introductions, she warms up quickly. She's house-trained, crate-trained, and knows commands like "sit" and "high-five!" Grace loves people and attention, and she's happiest when she's spending time with her family. Grace has lived with other dogs and would do well with slow introductions, especially considering her blindness. She's great with older kids (13+), but her compatibility with younger children is unknown. Grace would thrive in a quiet home with a fenced yard or frequent outdoor time. Grace has hip pain, so gentle care and handling are essential. She's easy to care for as long as her hip area isn't touched or handled roughly. Short walks and playtime are perfect for this chill girl. Grace would love a quiet home with a fenced yard or plenty of outdoor time. She's looking for a family who can provide patience, love, and gentle care. If you're ready to welcome a sweet and adaptable companion into your life, Grace might be the perfect fit!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Grace, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
