You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Panda and her mom, Ussuri, found themselves stuck in a high kill shelter in West Texas. They are great dogs and are good with other dogs and people. Cats are unknown. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training to be successful. First priority will go to someone who lives in the twin cities metro in order to bring to a vetting appointment if needed.
